At DETERMINANT, we stand by the quality of our premium shirts and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
